Yesterday, the company that provides cloud-based patient record management for us came under cyberattack and the system was shut down to protect the security of medical information. This attack is affecting hospitals and clinics nationwide. The FBI is assisting this company now. Because of this, we cannot access your records so we are unable to provide you with information you may need. We will prioritize your requests but we have no idea when we will be able to help you.
This has affected our ability to check or schedule appointments. If you have an appointment with us, please plan on coming in. However, if you need copies of prescriptions, reports, MVA forms or need to make a future appointment - we cannot do that now.
